TWDEX of DAE KWANG PYEONG is high speed, High accuracy and high rigidity Pallet Changer with hybrid Cam index and NO-LIFT Tooth Coupling.

2) Characteristics of product

A series of mechanism (un-clamp, rotation and clamp of Tooth Coupling) precisely and smoothly moves according to the connection working of the plural Cam.
Restoration accuracy of Tooth Coupling is 0.5sec owing to strong union in spite of its silence.
Restoration misalignment from outside diameter 800mm of rotating side is ±0.96㎛ and outside diameter 1000mm of rotating side is ±1.2㎛ from the circumference.
